The Clients needed to provide accommodation for younger relatives to live on site. A vacant, unused barn situated to the west of the property is an ideal solution for conversion to a dwelling, to enable the family to live together and provide care for one another.

The proposed conversion is to incorporate three bedrooms, a bathroom and an open plan living/dining area, providing a much needed modern family home on site.

The barn conversion would also include a 3m extension to the east, to accommodate additional floor space for the occupants.

The proposal is currently in planning and we hope that an approval will be obtained shortly.
